The University Postal Service is allowed to obtain a limited supply of mailing supplies / Special Service forms
from the U.S. Postal Service to service the customer needs of Customer Service Window, Student Mail Center (Russell House) and
the entire University community.
Departments may also obtain mailing supplies, Special Service forms or forms/labels online via usps.com
(enter Postal Store in the Search box) or contact the U.S. Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777.
Note: Mailing supplies and Special Service Forms printed from the U.S. Postal Service web site are not acceptable for
processing mail to be charged back to departmental accounts.
Forms and supplies may be requested by clicking on box beside each item. Click SUBMIT to forward request to USC Customer
Service. Supplies and forms will be sent via intra-campus mail.
